Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive before that time, we will be happy to hold your luggage for safekeeping.
If you wish, you can wait in our library or on the terrace.
Early check-in is available from 7:00 AM for 50% of your rate, subject to availability.

Looking to try local beers and wines?
Grab a craft beer from our bar or order a glass of wine. Write your room number on the list and we’ll charge it to your room. Don’t forget to try our Pisco Sour!
We have tea and coffee service throughout the day, free of charge for our guests.
Filtered water is also always available in the restaurant.
Private
Transportation
We offer taxi service from the airport to our hotel for $35,000 CLP and from our hotel to the airport for $30,000 CLP. In both cases, rates are for a maximum of two people. Please inquire if you require service for three or more adults.
Payment is due at the hotel reception in cash (USD or CLP) or by credit card. Please send us your flight number, arrival time, and airline name.
We can also schedule taxis within the city, to/from the bus terminal and Viña del Mar-Valparaiso. Send us your request and we will confirm availability and rates.
Parking
Inside the Hotel
We have parking inside the hotel at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Please indicate at the time of your reservation if you will need to come by car or rent one to ensure a space for you.
Massage

We work with massage therapists outside the hotel who offer relaxing and therapeutic massages at home.
Tell us what type of massage you’d like, and we can schedule the service at our hotel, subject to availability.
